If you are a local musician interested in performing at the 2011 New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival presented by Shell next spring, you have just over two weeks to get your act together. The dates of next year’s Jazz Fest are April 29 – May 8, 2011.  There are two ways to submit your application, which should include a recording, your bio, a photo, any press clippings, your contact information and a valid email address to be notified if you are selected.  You can apply on line at www.nojazzfest.com/apply or mail or drop off a press kit to the office.  The office address is:
