The Jermaine Quiz Entourage Opens for Good Enough For Good Times

Tonight, Friday, July 24, 2009, Tipitina’s continues their Free Fridays series with a performance by the Jermaine Quiz Entourage.  Using live looping and horns, the group mixes the sounds of classic funk with a capella-style hip hop to generate an inticing blend of styles.  James Martin, the former saxohonist with Trombone Shorty and Orleans Avenue will join Quiz on stage.  Good Enough For Good Times, the side project of Galactic’s Jeff Raines and Robert Mercurio, headline the Free Friday show.
